Governance in organizations is not a new trend, as a matter of fact are few industries not demanded to proof compliance in multiple areas. Governance in terms of monitoring, evaluation and audits are part of all organizations daily tasks. The trend we have seen for years emerging and now with the advanced abilities of process intelligence, evidence based process mining, rules modelling and performance management has Governance become a part most organizations apply.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
By tackling Compliance as well as continuous improvement via Governance, the organizations have an agile way to easier to respond to regulatory change, enable faster decision making and link it to the continuous improvement loop.&lt;br /&gt;
