+In the meantime, we see that the concept of the Strategy Map is being used in a more tailored way of thinking. Meaning that organizations are tailoring it to their specific strategic focus, and is used to map the strategies around cost cutting. Thereby specifying the strategy, the roles responsible, the relationship between the strategies as well as using strategy modelling notations. The strategy notations are used to identify: cost opportunities, cost flow, TCO opportunities, Evaluation & Audits as well Cockpits, Dashboards and Scorecards.
